NCT ID NCT06419738
Summary
This study tested if adding low-level laser therapy to a self-care program helps people with jaw joint (TMJ) pain. It involved 66 adults with recent jaw pain. Researchers compared laser treatment to a standard mouthguard and self-care advice to see which better reduced pain and improved jaw movement over a year.
