Summary
This study aimed to find out which way of applying laser therapy works better for reducing heel pain from plantar fasciitis. Researchers compared a laser held in one spot to a laser that sweeps over the area. Twenty-four adults with confirmed heel pain participated, tracking their pain levels before and after each treatment session.
