Laser light shows promise for stubborn neck headaches

Summary

This study tests if shining different colors of low-level laser light on the neck can ease cervicogenic headache, a headache that starts from neck problems. Adults aged 18 to 65 with this headache for at least 3 months will receive one of three laser treatments plus standard physical therapy. The goal is to find which light wavelength works best to reduce headache frequency, pain, and improve daily life over 6 weeks, with follow-ups at 3 and 6 months.
