Summary
This study aimed to find the best low-level laser therapy settings to treat flight-related neck pain in Air Force pilots and navigators. It enrolled 80 active-duty crew members with chronic neck pain to compare different laser treatment approaches. The main goals were to reduce pain, improve neck function, and decrease days grounded from flying duties.
