This study will compare two types of laser surgery (HoLEP and ThuLEP) for treating an enlarged prostate in 200 men aged 40-90. The goal is to see which approach better preserves bladder control, avoids urethral narrowing, and maintains sexual function. Researchers will track outcomes like urine flow, incontinence, and sexual health using standard questionnaires.
