Summary
This study aims to compare two types of laser surgery used to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH). It will follow 200 men to see how each surgery affects their ability to control urination, the risk of developing a scar in the urinary tube, and their sexual function. The goal is to understand which technique might lead to better long-term quality of life.
