Summary
This study compares high and low pulse power laser settings during a minimally invasive surgery for large kidney stones (over 20 mm). About 70 adults will be randomly assigned to one of the two laser groups. The goal is to see which setting is safer and more effective, measuring surgery time, complications, and stone clearance after three months.
