Summary
This study is comparing two common local anesthesia techniques to see which one causes less pain for patients after laser surgery for pilonidal cysts. Researchers will enroll 100 adults undergoing this procedure and measure their pain levels for one week after surgery. The goal is to identify the anesthesia method that provides better pain control and improves recovery.
