First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding low-level laser therapy or nerve mobilization exercises after carpal tunnel release surgery can improve nerve function. Forty-five adults who had the surgery were split into three groups: one got laser, one got nerve exercises, and one got standard care. After six weeks, nerve tests were compared to see if the extra treatments helped.
