Post-Surgery laser and exercises tested for faster nerve healing
NCT ID NCT07400562
Summary
This study tested if adding low-level laser therapy or specific nerve exercises after carpal tunnel surgery helps the nerve heal better than standard care alone. 45 patients who had the surgery were split into three groups to receive one of these extra treatments or just standard care for six weeks. Researchers measured nerve function before and after to see which approach worked best.
