Doctors track laser heart procedure in global study

Summary
This study is creating a registry to track the safety and effectiveness of a laser procedure used to clear severely hardened blockages in heart arteries. It will follow 500 patients with stable or acute heart disease across 20 hospitals in 8 countries for one year after their procedure. The main goal is to see how well the laser works during the initial treatment and to monitor patients for major heart-related complications while in the hospital.
