New laser zaps hair loss for darker skin tones

Summary
This study is testing a special type of laser to see if it can improve hair appearance and increase hair count in people with darker skin who have mild to moderate hair loss. It will involve about 40 healthy adults. Researchers will compare photos and detailed scalp measurements taken before and after a series of laser treatments.
