Summary
This study is testing whether adding low-level laser therapy or a hyaluronic acid gel improves the results of standard deep cleaning for gum disease. Researchers will compare three groups: one receiving only the standard cleaning, one receiving cleaning plus laser, and one receiving cleaning plus the gel. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pocket depth, bleeding, and inflammation to better control the disease.
