First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is testing whether a special laser (fractional non-ablative) can improve hair loss in people with darker skin (Fitzpatrick types 5 and 6). About 40 adults aged 21-55 with mild to moderate hair loss will receive the treatment. Researchers will compare before and after photos and measure hair thickness and count to see if the laser helps.
