Summary

This study tested a gentle, micropulse laser treatment for people with chronic dry eye caused by eyelid gland problems. The laser aims to reduce inflammation by targeting abnormal blood vessels on the eyelid margin. Researchers measured if this improved eye comfort, tear film stability, and other dry eye symptoms in 30 participants.
