Summary
This study is testing if a quick office laser procedure can help adults with long-term runny and stuffy noses that don't get better enough with standard nasal sprays and allergy pills. Researchers will compare the real laser treatment to a fake procedure that looks and sounds the same to see if it truly reduces symptoms. Participants will have the procedure and then track their symptoms over three months of follow-up visits.
