New laser and exercise combo targets thumb arthritis pain
NCT ID NCT07112742
Summary
This study is testing whether combining a special high-intensity laser treatment with a hand exercise program works better than exercise alone for people with thumb arthritis. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce pain, improve hand strength, and make daily tasks easier over several months. Researchers will compare the results in a small group of participants to find the most effective approach.
