Zapping away age spots: new laser device enters testing

NCT ID NCT07239726

Summary

This study aims to see if a new handheld laser device, used alone or with a special cream, can safely lighten age spots (solar lentigines) on the hands and forearms. It will involve 44 healthy women aged 35-70, who will receive weekly laser treatments on both sides for 12 weeks, with one side also getting the cream. The main goal is to measure changes in the darkness of the spots and check for any skin reactions.
