NCT ID NCT07405008
Summary
This study is testing whether adding laser acupuncture to standard hand therapy helps breast cancer survivors who have developed carpal tunnel syndrome from their medication. It will involve 54 women who have had a mastectomy and are experiencing moderate to severe hand pain and numbness. One group will receive standard hand therapy, while the other gets the same therapy plus laser acupuncture, to see which approach better relieves symptoms and improves hand function.
