Summary
This study is testing a new treatment that combines laser therapy with acupuncture to help people with long-term, unexplained low back pain. Researchers want to see if this approach can reduce muscle fatigue, improve body awareness, and lessen pain. The study will involve 60 adults who have had back pain for over three months.
