First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new, more affordable Colombian video laryngoscope (Laringocel) works as well as a widely used international device (C-MAC) for placing breathing tubes in adults having elective surgery. 252 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two devices. The main goal is to see how often the tube is placed correctly on the first try.
