Summary

This study compares two treatments for women with enhanced myometrial vascularity, a condition that causes heavy menstrual bleeding. One treatment is a laparoscopic surgery that clips certain blood vessels, and the other is a Mirena IUD. The goal is to see which approach better reduces monthly blood loss and improves quality of life. The study plans to enroll 56 women aged 18-45.
