NCT ID NCT07162922
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study looked at 76 adults having gallbladder surgery to see if the gas pressure used in the belly affects a marker of brain pressure (optic nerve sheath diameter). Participants were randomly assigned to low or standard pressure. The goal was to understand if higher pressure causes more brain pressure changes or side effects like headache and nausea.
