NCT ID NCT07397975

First seen Feb 16, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study explores whether analyzing speech patterns can help predict relapse in people with psychotic disorders. Over 12 months, 360 participants (including healthy volunteers) will record short voice samples and answer questions via a smartphone app. An AI system will analyze the recordings to identify early warning signs of relapse, but results will not be shared with doctors during the study. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and accurate enough to develop a future early-warning tool.
