Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called LAM561 for children under 18 with advanced, hard-to-treat cancers, including aggressive brain tumors. The main goals are to find a safe daily dose and see how well the body handles the drug. If the treatment shows benefit, children may have the option to continue taking it after the study ends.
