Summary
This study tested whether an injection made from human placenta, called LAENNEC, can reduce pain and improve shoulder function in people with shoulder impingement syndrome. Fifty adults with shoulder pain received either the placenta injection or a placebo under ultrasound guidance. The main goal was to measure pain changes using a standard pain scale.
