Summary
This early-stage study tests an experimental injection called LAE102 in 160 healthy and overweight/obese adults. The main goal is to check safety and how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs of weight-related effects. Participants receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor the doctors know who gets which.
