Summary
This study tests a new drug called LAD603 for adults with severe to very severe alopecia areata, a condition causing major hair loss on the scalp. About 136 people will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it helps hair regrow and is safe. The main goal is to measure changes in hair loss using a special scoring tool.
