Summary
This study is testing an investigational medicine called LAD603 for adults with severe to very severe alopecia areata, an autoimmune condition causing significant hair loss. Participants will receive either LAD603 or a placebo injection to see if the drug helps hair regrow on the scalp, eyebrows, and eyelashes. The main goal is to measure changes in hair loss severity and check the treatment's safety.
