Summary
This study is testing whether giving lactase enzyme supplements to very premature babies can help prevent feeding problems. It will involve 120 babies born at 32 weeks or earlier in a hospital's intensive care unit. Researchers will check if the enzyme reduces issues like vomiting, stomach bloating, and milk aspiration.
