Summary
This study tests if lying on your side with a peanut ball during active labor can help a baby who is facing up or sideways turn to the correct position for birth. Researchers will compare the rate of cesarean or assisted deliveries between the position-change group and usual care. About 200 pregnant women at term with epidurals will participate.
