Summary
This study tested a refined epidural technique for pain relief during labor. It involved 200 healthy pregnant participants in active labor. The goal was to see if using ultrasound guidance with a specific 'dural puncture' method could make pain relief work better, start faster, and be safer for both mother and baby.
