Watching your Baby's birth: does a mirror make it better?

NCT ID NCT06648161

Summary

This study tested if using a mirror during the pushing stage of childbirth helps. Researchers wanted to see if watching the baby's progress could shorten labor time and make the experience better for mothers. One group of women used a mirror, while another group received standard care. After birth, all mothers filled out a survey about their experience.
