Summary
This study compared two methods to reduce labor time during second-trimester pregnancy termination. Researchers tested whether using cervical dilators before standard medication could help more women deliver within 12 hours. The study involved 355 women in France and also examined pain levels, safety, and psychological impact of the procedures.
