Can playing hopscotch make giving birth a better experience?
NCT ID NCT07330557
Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program called 'Labor Hopscotch' improves the birth process and how satisfied mothers feel. It involved 110 first-time mothers in active labor who were randomly assigned to either do the exercises along with standard care or receive standard care alone. The goal was to see if these guided physical movements could make labor more manageable and lead to a more positive birth experience.
