Summary
This study looks at whether taking L-tyrosine and caffeine, alone or together, can help elite boxers think faster and perform better. Eighteen male boxers will try each supplement or a placebo in random order. Researchers will measure reaction time, accuracy, and blood markers of brain health and stress.
