Can a simple Walk-and-Turn test better predict fall risk in seniors?

NCT ID NCT07277751

Summary

This study aims to see if a specific walking test, called the L Test, is a reliable and useful tool for checking mobility in healthy older adults. Researchers will have 70 participants aged 65 and over perform the L Test and two other standard walking tests twice, one week apart, to check for consistency. The goal is to provide doctors and therapists with better tools to screen for mobility issues and fall risk.
