Summary
This study tests whether L Max, a supplement, can improve lung health and athletic performance in 120 healthy adult athletes. Participants take L Max or a placebo, wear an Oura Ring, do daily lung tests, and complete surveys about their breathing during hard workouts. The goal is to see if L Max helps athletes feel less shortness of breath and perform better.
