First seen Feb 11, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding an inhaled form of cyclosporine A (L-CsA) to standard treatment helps people who have chronic lung rejection after a double lung transplant. The trial included 169 adults who had their transplant at least a year earlier. The main goal was to see if the drug could slow the decline in lung function over 48 weeks.
