Summary
This study tests a new treatment called KYV-101 for people with stiff person syndrome (SPS) that hasn't improved with other treatments. SPS causes severe muscle stiffness and spasms. The therapy uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and calm the faulty immune system. The study will check if it helps with walking and reduces symptoms, and monitor for side effects in 25 participants.
