Summary
This study tested a drug called KYG0395 to see if it safely reduces pain from menstrual cramps (primary dysmenorrhea). About 280 women aged 18-35 with moderate to severe cramp pain took part. Researchers measured pain changes using a simple 0-100 scale over several menstrual cycles.
