New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called KTX2001, alone or with another drug (darolutamide), in men with advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the drug works in the body. About 144 men will take part.
