Summary
This study is testing the safety and effectiveness of a personalized cell therapy called KTE-X19 for children and young adults up to age 21. The therapy is for those whose B-cell leukemia or lymphoma has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. Doctors modify a patient's own immune cells to fight the cancer, aiming to achieve remission.
