Summary

This study tests an oral drug called KT-621 in 264 adults with moderate to severe eosinophilic asthma that is not well controlled by current treatments. Participants will take either KT-621 or a placebo daily for several weeks. Researchers will measure changes in lung function and asthma control to see if the drug is safe and effective.
