Summary

This study is testing a new oral medication called KT-621 for adults with a specific type of moderate-to-severe asthma that remains uncontrolled despite using standard high-dose inhaler medications. Researchers aim to see if the pill improves lung function and asthma control while monitoring its safety. The trial will enroll 264 participants and compare several doses of KT-621 against a placebo pill.
