New injection could reduce bulging eyes in thyroid disease

Summary

This study tests a new medicine called KRIYA-586 (VV-14305) given as an injection around the eye. It is for people with moderate to severe thyroid eye disease, which can cause bulging eyes and discomfort. The study will check if the treatment is safe and if it helps reduce eye bulging. About 110 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part.
