New knee surgery technique tested against standard approach
NCT ID NCT07356674
Summary
This study compares two surgical approaches for people with a specific type of knee meniscus tear and a bow-legged alignment. About 20 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either a newer bone-cut procedure or the standard bone-cut procedure, both combined with arthroscopic meniscus repair. Researchers will track knee function, pain, healing, and costs over 12 months to see if one approach works better.
