New nerve blocks could transform recovery after knee surgery

NCT ID NCT07002580

Summary

This study is testing two specific nerve-blocking techniques to reduce pain and improve recovery quality after common knee surgery. Researchers will compare how well these injections control pain and help patients recover in the first 24 hours after surgery. The goal is to find better ways to manage post-surgery pain, which can help patients start physical therapy sooner and potentially go home faster.
