New pain block combo could ease recovery for elderly knee surgery patients

Summary
This study will test two different ways to manage pain after total knee replacement in 50 elderly patients. One method uses a combination of two nerve blocks, while the other uses a single block. The goal is to see which approach provides longer-lasting pain relief and reduces the need for additional pain medication.
