First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study looked at two different ways to clean the bone during knee replacement surgery: high-pressure pulsatile lavage (a power washer) and manual rinsing (using a syringe). The goal was to see which method helps bone cement stick better to the bone. 100 patients having knee replacement took part, and the results were checked with X-rays.
